Our Team

Kit Coronel previously worked with J&J Phils Finance Division then moved to Sales Division where he occupied various sales management positions.  After leaving J&J in 1999, he became President & CEO of various companies involved in retail distribution of various fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG's) from 1999 to 2004.. 

He migrated to Australia in 2004 and held various positions in the Finance & Mortgage Industries until his return to the Philippines in 2016.

He was a youth leader in his college days and is active in community, civic & leadership roles.  He joined an NGO/Force Multiplier organization in 2018 and became its Chairman in 2022.  He left in August 2023 and founded Blasert Force 568 Inc.

Reino spent 22 years as Church NGO worker, 7 years Member of the HJCDP Project Management Committee, 15  years Project Director, Child Development Sponsorship Program [CDSP]. He also worked as a consultant with the office of former Cebu Gov. Vicente Low Dela Cerna and 2  years Liaison Officer for Farmers, Fisherfolks, Women’s and Urban Poor. He was an Executive Director for Urban Poor Development Cebu (UPDC) and a member of the Technical Working Group for Urban Basic Service Program of the UNICEF III Country Program, Cebu City. He spent 10 years in Local Government Service Staff Work, 1 Year Member  Lupon Tagapamayapa, 9 years Barangay Secretary and 9 years Barangay Treasurer of Brgy.Luz, Cebu City. He was awarded  as one of theTen Outstanding Barangay Officials of the Year Award, Cebu City & Ten Outstanding Barangay Official Of the Year Award, Region VII.  He was formerly an Organic Element of 38th IB, 3rd ID, Philippine Army, Province of Maguindanao; Sultan Kudarat  under Central Mindanao Command [CEMCOM]and with the 45th IB 4th ID Philippine Army,  ¾ Brigade Southern Western Mindanao Command [SOWESCOM].  Reino joins us as Associate Director - Intel & Operations Directorate with the rank of BF Colonel.

Our new Country Ambassador to Australia, BF Col. Jofel Peralta obtained her education from Manila, London & Melbourne, Australia where she is now based as a Senior Nurse in a Melbourne Hospital. She specialises in Critical Care with more than 30 yrs experience as Intensive Care Nurse in the Middle East, Singapore & Australia. She's a Nurse Entrepreneur for HomeCaring Business, an accredited Aged Care and Registered NDIS provider and Founding President of the Philippine Nurses Association of Singapore. She is also a Country Manager for Megaworld International Asia/Pacific 3 and is very active in the community being part of T.E.A.M.S (The Empowered Australian Multicultural Society), an NGO based in Melbourne. Jofel will help introduce our group to the Filipino Community in Australia as we aim to expand our support base overseas and globally.

Gerly Catadman is a veteran in the NGO/Force Multiplier space as she was involved in various operations with the previous organization she was in for many, many years.  She is well known in the community for her untiring efforts and dedication, always ready to assist, serve and help whenever she's called upon.Her exposure for over a decade gave her ample experiences in the areas of intel and operations. She now holds the position of National Intel & Logistics Officer with the rank of BF Captain.

Casim is a Juris Doctor, a reservist, an experienced trainor, certified emergency responder and an active member of their church organization.

His vast experiences acquired in various fields both locally and overseas makes will serve him well as he takes on his role as Associate Director for Legal Affairs with the rank of BF Col.

Rosswell is a Mechanical Technology & Safety Engineer Graduate with more than 10 years of experience in the systems engineering industry and electro-mechanical field. In addition, he has been a proud poultry farm raiser since 2015 and have also co-founded several business enterprises. Currently, he holds the position of Marketing Manager at JBM Electro Ventures since April 2023.

His expertise will be very useful with B-Force 568 as he takes on the role of National Command Livelihood Officer with the rank of BF Captain.

Our Director for Legal Affairs, Atty. Emmanuel ”Bong” Jabla is currently the Managing Partner of Jabla, Bagas & Borja Law Offices based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.  He specializes in Civil, Criminal and Labor Laws.

Bong hails from Iligan City and completed his secondary and college education at the Ateneo de Davao University.  He obtained his law degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and was admitted to the Bar (i.e. became a lawyer) in 1990.  An active student leader, he was a member of the Ateneo Law Bulletin and a volunteer paralegal at the Ateneo Human Rights Center during his sophomore and junior years.  He also worked as a Legal Researcher at the Regional Trial Court in Makati City where he gained first-hand knowledge and experience on the rudiments of litigation.

After completing his Bachelor of Laws degree, he worked as a Legal Assistant at the immigration department of the V.A. del Rosario Law & Associates, a Makati law firm specializing in maritime and immigration laws.  After passing the Bar Exam in 1990, he moved to Batino Angala Salud and Fabia Law Offices where he was introduced to the practice of labor, civil and criminal litigation.  He founded his current law firm in  2000.

With a highly-experienced and brilliant lawyer we have in our Team, we (Blasert Force 568, Inc.) can rest assured that we are doing everything in accordance with the law.

Roger is a very active community leader who displayed excellent leadership skills during his stint as a Municipal Commander in the previous NGO/Force Multiplier organization he was involved in.  He never get tired of doing patrol duties as well as accompanying GHQ with its command visits and other activities in various areas. Likewise, he also does numerous roles assigned to him by the Chairman from time to time.  This he does with passion and dedication to serve.

He now heads the Greater Metro Cebu Area Command covering the cities of Cebu, Mandaue, Lapu-lapu, Talisay and the Municipalities of Liloan, Consolacion, Cordova & Minglanilla.  He currently holds the rank of BF Major.

Our new Associate Director for Social Development & Community Affairs under the Public Relations & Government Affairs Directorate, BF Col. Antonio M. Ventura. Tony is a highly-experienced community organizer having organized the urban poor & public vendor communities in Metro Cebu.

He was formerly a staff of the NGO/PO Affairs Office of former Gov. Vicente "Ting-ting" dela Serna. He was a former Councilor of Brgy. Luz where he authored 9 Barangay Ordinances.

Tony is a welcome boost to our organization as we aim to expand our membership and penetrate the Barangay level to help accomplish our mission of making our presence felt in every community that we serve. Thanks for joining Blasert Force 568, BF Col. Tony.M. Ventura.

Experienced and knowledgeable in business operations, Cecille is responsible for communicating to the whole organization, any important information for dissemination.  She is also tasked to coordinate various activities and schedules to & from all commands.

She currently holds the position of Executive Secretary - National Command and is reporting directly to the Founder, Chairman & Director-General.

An Engineer and an experienced sales professional, real estate agent and dedicated public servant, Laurence is a great addition to our team of passionate individuals selflessly serving our communities for the common good. He holds the position of Associate Director for Finance (Livelihood) tasked to craft strategies for better livelihood programs. He holds the rank of BF Col.

Ms. Irene F. Perry comes from the Fuentes family in Taloot, Argao where she currently lives with her husband, Brian.  They are currently building a 500 sq.m. commercial property while enjoying their free-range chicken at the farm.  Irene is community-oriented nature lover who loved to look after, preserve and protect the environment.

Prior to this, Irene lived in New Zealand for several years.  She’s a God-fearing person and loves to connect with people who are willing to care for the environment.  Irene will serve us well as our Ambassador for New Zealand under our International Affairs & Relations Directorate.  She is tasked to promote our organization and enlist people in NZ who are willing to join and/or support our organization.  She holds the rank of BF Colonel.

A highly-experienced and highly-skilled professional, Reynald brings with him a wealth of experience in organizational leadership and entrepreneurship.

A self-made individual, his vast array of knowledge and experiences would serve him well as he manages the role of Associate Director for Finance (Livelihood) for Blasert Force 568 Inc. concurrent with his role overseeing & providing leadership to our Sibonga Municipal Command, Cebu.  Reynald is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer and businessman. He holds the rank of BF Colonel.

Our new Country Ambassador to the United States, East Coast Region, BF Col. Florante Coronel has held various positions from Medical Representative with Merck, Inc. to General Manager of Nissan Dealership in the Philippines.  He also held various management positions in several Care Homes/Adult Family Homes in Washington State, U.S.A.  He founded & managed two (2) businesses related to Elderly Care in WA from 2006 to 2010.  From 2014 to 2018, he was hired as a Senior Case Manager cum Training Consultant with Steadfast Caregiver, LLC.  Currently, he is the General Manager of the Family Care Senior Services, LLC, a home care agency based in New York.

Flo is a well-rounded individual with a diverse background.  His impressive educational background and experience in the medical field and management positions have helped him in his career. He is also very active in the Fil-Am community in New York being the Membership Ambassador of the United Federation of Fil-Am Educators (UNIFFIED), New Jersey Chapter and Chairman of New York/New Jersey UNIFFIED Cooperative.

Flo is a great asset to the organization as he takes on his current role as Country Ambassador tasked to promote our organization and enlist people interested to join/support Blasert Force 568 Inc. in the Eastern Seaboard of the United States.  Welcome to the B-Force 568 family.

Tessie is not only very active in assisting force multiplier operations but is also a very diligent and well-updated Admin Officer. She is a very dedicated operator risking traveling late nights from Carcar City to Cebu City and vice-versa just to join patrol duties.

She now takes the role of Blasert Force 568 Inc.'s Admin & Social Media Officer for the Greater Metro Cebu Area Command as well as the Acting City Commander for Carcar City.  She is assigned the rank of BF Lieutenant.

Osias is a School Teacher and a Mixed Martial Arts Instructor.  He provides MMA trainings for athletes competing at this event.

He is also active in community activities servings as the current President of their homeowner's association.

​

He is currently an Associate Director for Membership, Education, Training & Development (METDev) for Blasert Force 568 Inc. and holds the rank of BF Colonel.

Eliseo is a graduate of Bachelor in Elementary Education and is currently the School Head of Cenon &Ciriaca Mariñas Memorial Elementary School at Brgyy. Kangdampas, Barili, Cebu under Barilli District 1, DepEd Cebu Province.

He is also a Reservist and Tactical NCO of CTU Barili and CTU Dumanjug, and a Volunteer Resource Person of DSWD RO7 for Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM).

He joins B-Force 568 as an Associate Director for Membership, Education, Training & Development (METDev) Directorate and also acts as the Adviser for our Barili Municipal Command, Cebu. He holds the rank of of BF Colonel..

Brian J. Perry, Irene’s husband is a retired New Zealander who has had decades of experience managing people in the corporate world.  He was an active volunteer for a number of years having chaired a volunteer group in New Zealand.

 Brian is passionate about caring for the environment particularly in waste management and waste recycling.  He also loved serving the community.

A God-loving person, loving father of three (3) and a grandfather to many.  Brian joins us as an Associate Director for the Environmental Protection & Management Directorate..  He holds the rank of BF Colonel
