10th Cebu City Police Advisory Group Summit

29 August 2026 – Marco Polo Plaza Hotel, Cebu City

The 10th Cebu City Police Office Advisory Group for Police Transformation & Development Summit was successfully held today at the Marco Polo Plaza Hotel from 1300H to 1700H.

The event was graced by PCOL Ricky C. Sumalde, Acting CCPO City Director; City Councilor. Joel Garganera, Chairman Emeritus; and Mrs. Marlinda Angbetic‑Tan, Chairperson of the CCPO Advisory Group Headquarters. Other PNP officers who attended include PLTCOL Franco Rudolf Oriol, Deputy City Director for Administration (DCDA), and PMAJ Henry Orbiso, Acting Chief, City Police Strategy Management Unit (CPSMU)
