For more than three (3) months from its inception, Blasert Force 568 remained very busy with countless activities mostly in the areas of voluntary community services: Three (3) feeding activities involving over 2,500 public school children; four (4) relief goods re-packing; BSKE & All Saint's Day assistance, check points with UFM, relief goods distribution efforts for fire victims, two (2) city-wide clean up challenge participation, various orientation seminars, several livelihood training seminars and countless meetings with various stakeholders.
2024 looks an even busier year with lots of activities already calendared for the month of January alone. Add to that are the scheduled requests for expansion from the various Base & Municipal Commands. Moreso with our partnerships with the various organizations both locally and abroad, as well as working for the accreditation with various local government agencies. Indeed, it would be a year of so many activities as we aim to further grow our organization moving forward.
Yesterday, 30 Dec. 2023 was a year-end get together cum Christmas Party with some of the troops held at Crisly's Beach Resort, Catarman, Liloan, Cebu. It coincided with the 127th anniversary of our National Hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal's martyrdom. What a fitting end to the year that was, as we look forward to continue to make positive changes to make our communities a better and safer place to live.
Many thanks to all Blasert Force 568 troops who unselfishly dedicated themselves to passionately serve without expecting anything return. More power to you all & Happy New Year everyone!
