Cebu, Philippines — January 1, 2026. Blasert Force 568 Inc. ushered in the new year with a dual mission of compassion and sustainability, conducting a relief goods distribution in Medellin, Cebu, alongside a tree‑planting initiative in Bogo City.
At Sitio Ybañez, Barangay Curva, Medellin, residents welcomed the surprise packages with joy and gratitude. The relief operation was made possible through the support of Uniffied – New Jersey Chapter, led by President Dr. Catalina Suerte, and Uniffied – Sacramento (CA) Chapter, under President Ms. Ma. Felisa Aguilar. Their efforts were coordinated with the assistance of Mr. Flo Coronel KCR, Chapter Commander of the Knights of Rizal – District 30 NY Chapter.
Included in the packages were rice, canned goods, noodles, spaghetti combo, hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, bath soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid & alcohol). The children also received their bundles of joy consisting of a coloring book, crayon, biscuit and milk powder contained in a water-proof plastic envelope.
Local leaders expressed heartfelt appreciation for the initiative. The Purok President, who will soon assume the role of Barangay Secretary, thanked Blasert Force 568 Inc. for including their community among the beneficiaries of the ongoing relief efforts in Northern Cebu.
Earlier that day, Blasert Force 568 Inc. carried out a tree‑planting activity at Sitio Bahi, Barangay La Paz, Bogo City, where volunteers planted 150 seedlings of Philippine native trees. This environmental project builds on the organization’s commitment to reforestation, following a similar effort during their relief operations in the area on December 28, 2025.
Together, these initiatives reflect Blasert Force 568 Inc.’s dedication to holistic recovery — addressing immediate needs through relief distribution while investing in long‑term resilience through environmental stewardship. Said activities are part of the three pillars of Blasert Force 568 Inc.’s Heritage of Empowerment: Education, Protection, Resilience.
