Cebu City, Philippines — 16 November 2025.

Blasert Force 568 Inc. conducted a relief goods distribution operations today in Barangay Lusaran, Cebu City, one of the hardest-hit mountain barangays affected by the recent floods triggered by Typhoon Tino. For several days, residents have endured the absence of electricity, water supply, and road access, leaving many isolated and without basic necessities.

The extent of damage in the area remains severe. Roads and bridges suffered major erosion and collapse, vehicles and farming machinery were destroyed or washed out, homes sustained structural damage, and agricultural crops and farms—the primary livelihood of many residents—were left ruined by the floodwaters.

To respond to the urgent needs of the community, Blasert Force 568 Inc., led by its Founder, Chairman & CEO Achilles “Kit” Coronel, CPA, mobilized its headquarters personnel and the organization’s local command in the area to carry out the relief distribution. Essential goods, including food packs, water, and other emergency supplies, were provided to affected families who continue to struggle with the lingering effects of the disaster.

This operation forms part of OPLAN H.A.T.S. (Help After The Storm), a humanitarian initiative spearheaded by Sir Flo Coronel of the Knights of Rizal – District 30 Chapter, New York, USA and Family Care Senior Services LLC. The program is also supported by the United Federation of Fil-Am Educators (UNIFFIED), New Jersey Chapter, USA, together with various friends, partners, and donors who extended assistance to the cause.

Blasert Force 568 Inc. expressed its profound gratitude to all benefactors who made the relief mission possible: “We sincerely thank Sir Flo Coronel, the Knights of Rizal District 30 NY, Family Care Senior Services LLC, UNIFFIED New Jersey Chapter, and our many generous supporters. Your solidarity and contributions provided immediate relief to the families of Barangay Lusaran during this difficult period.”

The organization reaffirmed its commitment to continuous humanitarian service in disaster-stricken communities and pledged ongoing support as Barangay Lusaran begins its recovery and rebuilding efforts.
