The subdivision approval paved the way for its registration and formal approval leading to the eventual issuance of the individual deed of sale and titling of the lots.

It took more than 30 years for this to finally get approved. Members of the community and socialized housing beneficiaries can now soundly sleep knowing that they can now own their home lots.
