Cebu City, Philippines — March 10, 2026. Blasert Force 568 Inc. continued its commitment to collaboration and capacity‑building through a series of high‑level engagements with civic, law enforcement, business, and educational leaders in Cebu City.


Business Engagement with Zakiko Wellness Ventures


The day began with a meeting with Engr. Rommel Jayme, CEO of Zakiko Wellness Ventures, where discussions focused on business and livelihood initiatives. A key outcome of the meeting was Engr. Jayme’s formal acceptance to join Blasert Force 568 Inc. as Associate Director for Finance/Livelihood, and to serve with Uniffied Cebu as Vice President for Finance & Resource Development. His expertise in business and finance is expected to strengthen both organizations’ capacity to deliver sustainable livelihood programs and resource development strategies.


Courtesy Call with Cebu City Police Director


This was followed by a courtesy call on Cebu City Police Director, PCOL GEORGE V YLANAN, where discussions centered on strengthening cooperation in areas of anti‑criminality, anti‑terrorism, and violence against women and children (VAWC). The dialogue underscored the importance of joint training programs and proactive strategies to safeguard communities and uphold public safety.




Catch‑Up Meeting with CPSMU Chief


Later in the day, Blasert Force 568 Inc. held a catch‑up meeting with PLTCOL ALBERT REEVES QUILITORIO, Chief of the Center for Police Strategy Management Unit (CPSMU), CCPO. The meeting provided an opportunity to revisit ongoing initiatives, align strategies, and reinforce the shared vision of building safer, more resilient communities through evidence‑based policing and civic engagement.

Partnership with PHILMAC


By late afternoon, Blasert Force 568 Inc. met with Ms. Renilda G. Cedro, President of PHILMAC (Philippine Learning Academy Center). Discussions focused on business, marketing, finance, and organizational development, as well as the integration of Uniffied initiatives into PHILMAC’s programs.


A significant highlight of the meeting was Ms. Cedro’s formal acceptance to join Blasert Force 568 Inc. as Associate Director for Membership, Education, Training & Development (METDev). Her expertise and leadership are expected to further strengthen Blasert’s capacity‑building efforts and expand opportunities for members and partner communities.
