Borbon MAC's collaborative action, a great community contribution!

The Borbon Municipal Advisory Council (MAC), a multi-sectoral group of professional individuals in the Municipality of Borbon, Cebu headed by its President Ms. Ayen Inahid, organized a joint relief goods operations for the fire victims of Sitio Sta. Maria, Brgy. Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City. The Council was organized by the Borbon Municipal Police Station headed by its OIC - Station Chief, P/Cpt. Roel S. Tanza and represented in the Advisory Council by the very active PCPL Erwin T. Pepito, Police Community Relation PNCO, BORBON PS.

The distribution of relief goods was assisted by the Borbon Youth headed by Ms. Marqueza Alexandrah Antigua- SK Federation President and Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) President Angel Rose Villegas, all coming from Borbon, Cebu.

Providing advance party, crowd-control manpower and LGU coordination was Blasert Force 568, Inc. headed by its Founder & Chairman, Kit Coronel who is also a member of the Borbon MAC and the Cebu City Advisory Group for Police Transformation & Development (CAG-PTD).

Borbon MAC decided to hold this activity (in lieu of its original plan of conducting a feeding program) to give support to our kababayans who were affected by the fire and are still living in evacuation centers. Certainly, such gesture somehow helped lift up their spirits this Yuletide season.
